IRDS (Samaj) is a non-governmental, non-profit making social organization which works to uplift the living status of the women, Dalit, indigenous, children and other discriminated people of rural community and improve their socio-economic and health condition by proper mobilization of local resources with community participation. It was legally registered as a NGO in Jun1994 at District Administration Office, Mahottari, Nepal and affiliated with Social Welfare Council.
