| Samaj Saving and Credit Cooperative has bee running with involvement of women groups and people of different level of target groups. It is situated in the central office building of IRDS in Bardibas, Mohattori. |

- To collect the scattered capital and invest them in the proper place for the support of the economic development and establish a village level social bank through saving and credit program.
- To help in the development of business and socio- economic status of people through regular saving and credit program.
- To establish a banking institute by society and developed it capacity gradually.

- To make share members and business only with them.
- To collect daily, monthly, current and fixed amount.
- To provide loan on the basis of business nature, customers' background and security.
- Also provide loan without collateral to saving and credit groups.
- The profit of cooperative will invest in society for social works.
