| The overall objective of the program is to bring about a change in environmental and sanitation behaviors of the people of the municipality. |

| Process and Activities |
- Public Health Awareness and education program.
- Mass communication and Demonstration.
- Street drama, Lok dohari on the related theme.
- Trainings to leaders of women's groups, poor and disadvantage groups.
- Specific programs are also proposed for addressing Gender issues and poor/ disadvantaged groups.
- Practical health education/ awareness program to teachers and students.
- Training to higher-level municipal staff and other stakeholders working at policy-making levels of their respective institutions.
